It’s the worst feeling to be surrounded with people and be totally alone. It’s hard to be something for everyone else and have nothing coming back to you. I feel his emotions. I’m impressed with his honesty.

I love how Jackson says celebrities are overrated it's just a job like being a doctor or lawyer or better yet a Starbucks employee. He's so humble too. And the way he described his depression is very relatable.

This interview is just perfect. No background music, short, deep yet meaningful

No matter who you stan, you can’t help but love Jackson. He was always the social butterfly that loves everyone. It’s so sad to learn how lonely he has been but also so beautiful how real and raw he is. I really wish he finds the happiness he needs and the connection with someone who he can lean on.

He has been so open and transparent with us this year and shown so much of himself that we didn't know about.

I could not stop crying when he started talking about being lonely. Ever since I knew who Jackson was, he has always been my ideal husband. His spirit is just unexplainable and I've always felt an emotional attachment to his character. He could not have described that feeling of being lonely any better. If my feelings are correct, he is missing the part of himself that wants his own person to love, his other half, he wants to have a love of his own family and is missing out on that part of his life. He has the money and has the fame, but it will never amount to having pure love with another person that he can share these moments with. This was a very amazing interview. It's unfortunate that because he's an idol- there are limited people who have access to him. There are so many people out here that would love to be his friend or more, but will never get the opportunity to connect beyond showing up and supporting him as an artist. I hope he finds someone soon. That soul connection he wants -means it's also needed.

This hassss to be my favorite interview of Jacksons so far!! Loved how comfortable, deep and open their conversation was, it didnt even feel like an interview just straight up 2 friends catching up with one another. I absolutely adore and admire Jackson more and more. And seeing him evolve and showing more of who he truly is, I hope hell one day be really proud of himself too like we are of him

Before I did not have any feeling whether I like Jackson or not. I started to like him more and more. He is so true to himself. Like him just the way he is.

Wow! He is an amazing guy, so honest, so down to earth, so intelligent and sensitive and so complicated as a person. I just wish he will find the right woman and have the life and the future he wishes for.

This is one of the realest and genuine interview that I've seen of him. The things he talked about, it's somehow relatable to me as well. Even with people who loves you, surrounding you, there's some loneliness that can't be explained and yet he explained it so well. It's good to see him open up about it, even if it's difficult for most of us to even admit it in our daily lives.

Thank you Jackson for being open about your experience with loneliness and depression. While I’m sure your experience is compounded by fame and a constant travel schedule, the experience of loneliness and depression is pretty universal (especially during the pandemic). The last few years were the hardest of my life. I felt like I lost sight of my identity and what I love about myself. Even now with the world reopened, even though I am surrounded by many wonderful friends and family, I still struggle with loneliness. Seeing you talk publicly about these feelings is a helpful reminder that I am not the only one struggling, and that I shouldn’t be too hard on myself for being depressed despite outward markers of success. I hope you take care of yourself and find happiness and meaningful connections. 🙏❤

I'd like to thank you P'Woody Sir for asking these questions. I have been following Jackson for quite some time now, and I have seen him in variety shows, interviews were he is very bubbly, joking, laughing, charming, and he doesn't really express his true emotions. He's also very caring, very observant. When in Got7, he was always the mood maker, making the members laugh, and also in interviews, I feel like he wasn't really asked alot of these intimate and sensitive questions, because A, they thought he was only a happy go lucky guy, and also B, because they didn't really know him, so with this interview, I'd like to say thank you to Mr Woody for giving Jackson Wang a platform to sincerely express his true self. I have alot of respect for Jackson, following his journey, he's such a hard working guy. So humble and just an all around good human being.
