Ren'Py - Infinity: Love or Lust [R23] [CreaSou]

A game without a plot. Only one character, in addition, not very attractive. Graphics on a poor level. The lack of an initial bond between the father and daughter, which makes the game characterless. Boring.
30 minutes of life lost

Played the lust route in version 5.

This game loops with many of the same images each day. In most games, this quickly becomes boring. In this game, it successfully adds to the tension.

The renders are excellent, and many renders of the girl are at excellent angles and perspectives.

My only (small) criticism is that the girl's face sometimes looks old when she smiles strongly. (Example when she is in the kitchen and looking across a counter at the MC.) In most pictures, her face is beautiful.

Another criticism is that there are too many pictures of the apartment (without any girl) that we see over and over. I would rather see the girl (even if only the background) in almost every picture, especially when we have to see these pictures over and over.

Overall, this is one of those rare games where the daily loop is mostly fun. If the developer adds more possible events to the daily loop, then the daily loop will become even better. Plus, the girl is great. Five stars for an EXCELLENT rating.

I actually really like the setup.

Playing the same events over again, with increasing options is, frankly, the most realistic way to approach everyday life sims.
Isn't that what most of us do? Live day to day with each day being just a little bit different from yesterday?

I also think it works well as its not as ambitious as other games. I actually think this game might really be "Completed" or at least advanced enough to be worth playing regardless.

Its already mostly there, imo.

The renders are good. The corruption is slow enough not to feel immediate, but gradual enough to prevent it feeling grindy.

And I really like the father/daughter aspect.

Only reason it lost a star is because the writing needs a little bit of work. I'm guessing its been translated as some things are a bit awkward.

Still, really enjoyed what's already here.

Great graphics, good looking girl decent looking MC.

But the best thing is that man and woman behave as they should. On the one hand, the MC is not a weakling, who drinks soy latte for breakfast, and on the other hand, he does not behave like a horny teenager who tries to corrupt his daughter.

The daughter is nice, takes care of her father touchingly and is a good housewife. Moreover, she is very intelligent. A very nice change from the typical bratty spoiled chick, the horny bitch, the dumb bimbo or whatever other female characters absolutely dominate AVNs these days (for whatever reason).
The Love Path offers a pleasant romance without the MC having to corrupt his daughter or be degraded to a beta cuck and fortunately still offers Maledom elements. I also like the fact that the game focuses entirely on the relationship between dad and daughter and leaves out everything else!

The game has managed to suprise me positively. Only the whole time loop thing doesn't really make sense when you think about it, at least how it's implemented. But from my point of view the time loop plot wouldn't have been necessary in the first place...

Nevertheless one of the, if not the best daddy-daughter games out there!

The game has two distinctive paths based on your Love or Lust stat, with completely different renders. This is very good for a small project. Renders are great, and the Daughter is hot. The grind in my opinion is not bad, you can accumulate points pretty fast in this game.

NOT RECOMMENDED!

CONS:
- extremely repetive ( SAME scenes and EXACTLY same dialoques every day, even Dad recognizes that it's groundhog, there are no thoughts about that during the day, no change in dialogues - nothing)
- storyplot therefore doesn't make any sense
- there are tons of inconsistencies, such as:
* daughter gets stats (love or lust) which should be gone the next day, but they aren't
* MC buys things like outfit, dildo, pooltable, which should be gone the next day, but aren't

Overall it's a nice try, but messed up in so many ways.

I recommend the developer to play actual some other "groundhog day" games and learn how to do them. As it is right now, it's just the same vanilla "stat grinding" to get closer to daughter, but even without effort to create new scenes but rather use the same scenes and dialogues over and over again. REALLY NOT FUNNY !

Asides above mentioned, there are just TWO characters - MC and daughter, which makes the whole senseless plot even more unbelievable and absolutely boring.

Hopefully things change in future, but honestly i doubt, as the way it's done right now doesn't allow to get any improvements into the game at all. It's a pity - sorry.

So this game is just a loop. Your choices won't matter because you choose again anyway. Unlock the extra... 5 or so scenes and you're done.

You will probably replay the day many times before realizing this.

The game has potential, but it's shorter than a demo. Got very bored unfortunately.

A well-made game. The R1 version has a lot of events and content. Nice style of the text, at the same time understandable even for a foreigner, which I am. Nice graphics and well-developed game mechanics. I am happy and looking forward to updates.

Dialogue okay but you have to see it day after day with little or no change . Boring as hell even when using Skip.

The Dev is trapped by the initial premise of a repeating day. This is made worse by limited scenes and only 2 characters. The time it takes for each little advance in the relationship to show a change in dialogue or a possible new action is far too long.
You can get all the Lust points available in a day and still have to do at least one more day to get a tiny new action.
I only found out that I had done all there was by using unRen.bat to look at the images.

Only not one star because the images are good.

VERY nice first release.
I like the mechanics of all events being repeatable. You start with basic interactions, and gradually unlock new options by increasing different stats. It's simple but entertaining.
