News is it's coming this month for sure because the game is Launching on DLsite next month
materials for the updates is probably finished with Asa still playing COD.

Nope the programmer only said it's on the way but for sure it's probably come around 3rd week

That happened?

Kinda stopped paying closer attention to the game just a bit before he announced that he will cut actual content and dont implement features that were previously "promised".

I believe the statement was something about lack of monetization but you kinda noticed that he just lost motivation even before that.

So I only played up to the pig village fucking the ugly ass chinese grandma, where the translation cut off for version 7.(?), but if I understand things right the plot doesn't go much further than that.
Was this lady dropped for the final product?

Same, but if we are lucky enough we can ask the author for some sidequest or a CG of her when the game is out (Next year probably) because there are a lot of ideas the author had to drop, like some outfits, scenes or events.
